The main window contains several sections:
Main menuThe main menu is at the top of the window and holds:
The toolbar is directly beneath the main menu and holds:
The pages use most of the window and are under the toolbar. The are 5 possible pages : Display; Settings; Calibration; Log and Test.
The Display page is used to mimic the appearance and functionality of the WE2111. It is always available but is only useful when an instrument is connected.
The Settings page is used to easily alter
the setup configuration of the connected instrument. It is only available
when an instrument is connected and "
Read Settings" has been used to upload the instrument data.
The Calibration page is used to perform
remote calibration. It is only available when an instrument is connected
and " Read Settings" has been used
to upload the instrument data.
The Log page is used to log weight and digital events. It is always available but is only useful when an instrument is connected.
The test page is used to send and receive raw communication commands. It is only available when an instrument is connected.
The status bar is at the very bottom of
the window. It has 3 areas. On the left, the raw data being
sent to the connected WE2111. In the middle, the raw data being returned
from the WE2111. On the right, the address, serial number and software
version are only available after "
Read Settings" has been used.
